2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider: S.S. NetShop Internet Services Ltd. (NetShop ISP), 120 Faneromenis Avenue, Imperial Tower, 2nd Floor, 6031 Larnaca, Cyprus. Data is therefore processed within the European Union. When you visit the website, the host automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser and operating system used.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. Log files are stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or marketing tools. Fonts and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own server; no connection to third parties takes place.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The contact form on this website does not transmit any data to us; instead, it opens your own email program with a prepared message.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence or place of work. The competent authority for us is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection).
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
